Newark, Ohio (C-P site No. 2).—An intermediate landing field is in operation at this site, located approximately 4 miles southwest of Newark. A 24-inch beacon light, 1,000,000 candlepower, shows 6 rotations per minute. Two green course lights flash characteristic: Dot, dot, dash (. ._ ). The field is in condition for landing. The perimeter of the field has been outlined by boundary lights for night landings; yellow field boundary markers have also been installed to outline the perimeter for day landings. Woods adjacent to the northeast corner of the field is marked by red obstruction lights. |
