Browns Summit

Site No. 31B A-NY,   Lat. 36° 13' 00'  long. 79° 42' 20". Type A. ATLANTA-NEW YORK AIRWAY (A.-N. Y.)— 768 MILES  Greensboro-Richmond Section—180 miles 24" rotating electric beacon, operated by commercial power; sun relay control. The electric beacons are mounted on 50' steel towers.  Arrows at the base of the towers point along the course to the northerly terminal.

Greensboro

Site No. 31A A-NY, Lat. 30° OS' 30", long. 79° 49' 05". Type A. ATLANTA-NEW YORK AIRWAY (A.-N. Y.)— 768 MILES  Greensboro-Richmond Section—180 miles 24" rotating electric beacon, operated by commercial power; sun relay control. The electric beacons are mounted on 50' steel towers.  Arrows at the base of the towers point along the course to the northerly terminal.

W. Yanceyville

Site No. 33 A-NY, Lat. 36° 23' 20", long. 79° 26' 50". Type B. ATLANTA-NEW YORK AIRWAY (A.-N. Y.)— 768 MILES  Greensboro-Richmond Section—180 miles Type B. 24" rotating electric beacon, operated by generating set at base of tower.  Caretaker in charge. The electric beacons are mounted on 50' steel towers.  Arrows at the base of the towers point along the course to the northerly terminal.

Warrenton

Department of Commerce intermediate field, site 45, Jacksonville-Richmond Airway. One mile N. Altitude, 200 feet. Cross shape, 120 acres, sod, level, natural drainage; two landing strips, 2,600 feet N./S. and 2,200 feet E./W. Directional arrow marked "45 J-R." Pole line to S., trees to W. Beacon, boundary, approach, and obstruction lights. Beacon, 24-inch rotating, with green course lights flashing characteristic "5" (.__.) No servicing facilities.

Yanceyville

Site No. 34 A-NY, Lat. 36° 27' 15", long. 79° 10' 25°'. Type B. ATLANTA-NEW YORK AIRWAY (A.-N. Y.)— 768 MILES  Greensboro-Richmond Section—180 miles Type B. 24" rotating electric beacon, operated by generating set at base of tower.  Caretaker in charge. The electric beacons are mounted on 50' steel towers.  Arrows at the base of the towers point along the course to the northerly terminal.
