Arrows were know to be at the following Michigan locations. If the intermediate fields had arrows, it is very likely that the beacons between fields also had arrows.

Monroe

Department of Commerce intermediate field, site 10, Cleveland- Detroit Airway. Two miles NW. of business center. Altitude, 580 feet L shape, 100.64 acres, sod, level, tile drainage; two landing strips, 2,615 feet N./S., and 2,239 feet E./W.; entire field available. Directional arrow marked "10 C-D." Beacon, boundary, approach, and obstruction lights. Beacon, 24 inch rotating, with green course lights flashing characteristic "10" ( .) No servicing facilities.

Department of Commerce intermediate field, site 11, Michigan Airway, just E. of city. Altitude 900 feet. L shape, 45 acres, sod, level, natural drainage; two landing strips, 1,983 by 500 feet, E./W., and 1,842 by 689 feet N./S.;  entire field available. Directional arrow marked " 11 MI-A." Pole line on N. and SE.; beacon tower to NW. Beacon, boundary, and approach lights. Beacon, 24-inch rotating, with green course lights flashing characteristic "1" (..__). No servicing facilities.
